I don't necessarily think their plans have changed, they just saw an opportunity to take some money off the table (an amazing ROI by anyone's standards) and to secure our short to medium term future. As other more knowledgeable posters have commented the price they received may have been below many of our expectations, however the volatility in the Lithium space and uncertainty longer term suggests to me that they made the right move. You can't lose what you don't have on the table. I really like the flexibility that this gives us over the next year or two.
