Id wondered why people had been recently buying this, I'd stayed well way as the risk of dilution was present.
Deal saves the company, they have cash again and didn't need to raise at these prices. However it seemed management was more bullish on the Namibian prospects. One the one hand they didn't have money to drill them anyway but i hope they didn't give up their best land.
Live to fight another day, but really need to hit something with the cash they have or will be quickly back in the same situation.
