The original Sabre release had different numbers than the Trigon Metals version, which I tracked down. The Trigon release stated the consideration due to Sabre was only C$300,000, not the C$400,000, which Sabre had reported. Also Sabre Resources owned 80% of Starloop the holding company with the rights to EPL 3540, while a company called Coniston Pty Ltd had the remaining 20%. Again, according to the Trigon Metals release, when the deal goes through, and 3540 is renewed Sabre gets C$300,000 and Coniston $101,000. Which is roughly a 74.8% to 25.2% split. Also not sure why this is the case. Anyone have any ideas? Sabre should update their original ASX release in any case.
