Yes, I don't think that stable commerical property investments are their interest... only acquired this as part of the URB deal as you mentioned, not intentional.... I suspect that their stake in Home Artarmon is also on the block, but they would probably want a far value for it, not a fire sale.
AS a unitholder, unless theire is a better alternative for cash, I don't mind some yield over no yield at bank.
