I've read an article where an analyst said the sale would net 'just a few million' dollars but the Chairman was quoted as saying that for the 'right buyer', it could be a very large price.

I don't know enough about it....but it may be similar to when National Food sold the leading smoked Salmon brand to Tassal...

Effectively, National Foods just put foreign salmon in the brand and sold it on for a margin........for Tassal, whatever profitability National foods derived was irrelevant because overnight Tassal got the leading retail brand to market its own grown Salmon....

Similarly, these brands must make a steady coin for Select.....but since they are among the leading brands in healthfood shops......the value of the brands to, for example, a leading vertically integrated health food shop, is far more than the value to Select or anyone else...
