I'm hoping this is reflective of the snail/pest bait business.
That business was non-core and really just a distraction. Hence it was a great move to sell it even though it only sold for about $1m. Freed management time up to focus on the main game.
The main difference is that this time they won't give the proceeds back to shareholders in the form of a special dividend, they'll used the proceeds to pay down debt.
I'm hoping this is reflective of the snail/pest bait...
