Good comment I think it is important to note a change in behaviour. I think it is a time to change the guard and I dont regret the departure of the CEO. Its difficult for someone who is from the past often to envisage a future that is not the same as the past - you need a change for everyone to get to look around and evaluate the new era.
I like what has happened and it is sad no recognition for it but I think the Chairman has been through this process before and knows what is needed.
A harvest update would be good.
