This transaction must go down in ASX history as the cheapest give away ever. Yes Banks from RTR is involved. Thought the job of the Board of any Company was to secure the best result for shareholders. Thought JB would have pushed the envelope here and secured a multi million dollar deal. $250k! Can't buy a dunny in Sydney for that amount. Anyway not my concern but sure this transaction raised many eyebrows.
