Interesting that Ray White Tumut still has the ADG non-core property listed for sale on their website at $549k.

Seems AGD were getting desperate to offload the property if they sold it for only $455k (which is some distance away from the valuation they were suggesting in their announcement back in June'24 which was $530k - $560k).
So in summary: cash inflows (from the sale of the ADG non-core property) will be less than previously expected...perhaps someone from GDM decided to buy it. Just a guess.
