Do you think the company knew that they would have positive news about Medicare, Enlitic and China? Did they know that they would be able to sell their assets in NSW? It's all about uncertainty. CR at 14c was their choice to reduce risks. Now the company has brighter future so they have started taking care of investors. If you approach like you do, everything would look confusing.
