Its about timing. Banks closing in . No choice . Capital raising was quick and went surprisingly well. Sale takes months (Completes end August). I understand that it was widely known in industry that sale was on table since 2016. After Capital raising urgent problem went away and sale process died but clearly the current offer too good .
Capital paid 9x (64mill) and selling it for 8 1/2 x is lucky escape.
spent just over 100K in NSW so they have done well at cutting their losses.
