Just read the annc. So they will get $66mill AUD from sale of the business. 170mill shares approx on issue. so say 40c from sale and 20c to 40c for rest of the business gives 60c to 80c per shares ball park valuation. If the australian business is as solid as the NZ business just sold then 40c going forward could be justified for upper end valuation around 80c. See what the market thinks over the next few days.
