Wow!. Market cap of SMP was about $A33m to $A35m mid November - today sold NZ business for $NZ70m or over $A60m or nearly double what the entire market cap was about 2 weeks ago plus retains Australian business which is going gangbusters. Talk about an undervalued company wow! Cash distribution will be $NZ0.20 after sale completed which is not much more than the share price was two weeks ago. .

So how much is the Australian part of the company worth? Given how it is growing it would need to be worth at least the size of the NZ business or $A0.40!
