Yeah does seem a little low for ~350k oz of JORC compliant gold in a hot market. To be honest I was expecting a little more but hey these guys are a bit more business savvy than I. At least the share component keeps us exposed to future upside if WIN are serious about developing the project so could turn out to be a lucrative deal down the track.
