Id would say it was inline with fair market given they sold the 2.5% interest as part of this deal, which covered all new funds since 2019.
Intriguing part of the deal was done was the majority of the sale payments are quiet prolonged, which being cynical the investor I am, indicates they had to structure this way to achieve the fair market value. Thoughts?
