Been a while since I’ve posted but I’m following progress.
One thing you need to consider in your calculations is they have also handed up the total 2.5% upside from any growth since initial purchase. Not sure what flows to PAC or its current value.
The other thing to worry about is what will be left to counter the on going overhead.
Selling parts of boutiques seems a bit odd when they seem to be liquidating other all portions of already disposed of boutiques.
