as a long term shareholder,i too,am disappointed with hzn sale of png,as the, only blue sky for us shareholders.
i'm understanding that png have pulled the plug on the original deal....and the new split they propose is un-tennable....hence the unfortunate need to face the reality....as a side issue....who would now trust anything coming from png
the question is....what are ex oil search guys seeing in them buying our interests, albeit for what seems a pittance?
trying to put a positive slant on this....if some entity was interested in buying HZN....i could understand a prerequisite would be to clean up the balance sheet,.
HZN is now a relative debt free ,producing oil and gas company with credability amongst our peers
then the question is, now in this new format.,..what's it worth and to whom, the likely interested parties
management has to get a grip on this company and come up ...fast....with enlightened views/action.
status quo..is no bloody good.....there is no momentum what so ever.
