Wise words from a wise man. I'm very lucky to have a fantastic work/life balance at this point in my life however I can certainly understand that feeling of being shackled to the office and rarely spending much quality time with your family.

What I did learn from my trip to Pakistan in December is they actually do it pretty well already (work/life balance that is). Many Pakistanis live in large households with several generations eating and sleeping under one roof. It bodes well for the continued expansion in the property market over decades in Pakistan. There is certainly plenty of land to continue to grow into.
