All of their revenue growth last quarter came from zameen and propzy. Without the results of propzy the wuarter would not have looked good. If they didn't think they could suck any more growth out of propzy and have other investment opportunities then this was a good idea.
If this was done because they need the money for operations and to improve the look of their balance sheet. Then the growth story is over and this company can be revalued for what it is.
