I have a friend who is an "entrepreneur" of sorts, started a business with a couple of young bright guys, business was doing really well, but the other founders were young and cocky and expenses got out of hand and he couldn't rein them in, they thought they were going to be the next unicorn and so spent spent spent. Inevitably he left and things got worse, business is now more or less bankrupt.
I think I trust Shaun and the Catcha Group guys to make the right call here. Tough decision but probably a wise one.
