By the way, the reason the Director's can't buy shares is because they are in a blackout period at the moment.
A Blackout Period is:
(a) the period from the relevant financial year end to the time of announcement of the Company’s annual
results;
(b) the period from the release of the Company’s annual financial report to the Annual General Meeting;
and
(c) the period from the relevant half-year end to the time of announcement of the Company’s half-yearly
results.
A Restricted Person cannot deal in the shares of the Company or a connected company during a Blackout
Period and 24 hours thereafter or any period when the Board otherwise has reason to believe that the
proposed dealing in the Company’s shares is in breach of this Trading Policy. The Company reserves the
right to preclude the dealing in shares of the Company at any time.
