Well written and can’t agree with you more. However, here’s the spoiler. Regardless of all the poor decisions over many years the Shareholders keep voting in this sorry excuse of a BOD year in year out. Result? Expect the same . Nothing will change for the better as long as this mob are in charge of our investments. Period.
