    Most boards would take a 52% for vote on the rem report to heart and take a long hard look at themselves. Plus the very low votes in favour for the share rights.

    I'd love to know what these instos that are getting the votes just across the line are thinking. Like they don't care about a 70% wipeout in value over the last 3 years and the litany of failures along the way.
