    Cant help wondering if one of the SR recommendations was for the entire non performing BOD to be replaced. Hence no disclosure.
    The release of the AGM brief 1 hr before the meeting was possibly deliberate and designed to limit negative voting. Is there any legal timeframe for the AGM brief to be made available pre meeting?
