As I recollect, STO was supposed to pay for drilling the Dukas...

    As I recollect, STO was supposed to pay for drilling the Dukas Well but it was not completed because the drill rig wasn't capable of handling the high pressure. We were then advised that they would source an appropriate drill rig and come back to finish it but they delayed that and then STO was left off the hook and the JV was restructured. IMO CTP should have held STO to their original farmin agreement and got them to come back and complete the well.
