Ann: Sale of Reckon Ltd shares and Redemption of $10.5m Bond, page-11

We got 14.6 mil dividend in total (from the September announcement). Including the cash from sale of Reckon shares, we get 23.5 millions in total from Reckon.

We paid 22.5 millions for the 19.9% from Reckon in 2021. So we're making 1 million profit. Now, people can argue that putting 22.5 millions in a bank would give better yield.

If we think from another angle, Novatti achieved their objective. They wanted to set up partnership with Reckon and make them use our ecosystem. I personally see no issue with the sale. The partnership is still there and would continue to bring revenue
