Also, they employ smart young Aussies to take care of their customers. This trend is becoming popular again, but some large Australian companies traumatised their customers by offshoring their call centres for many years. There are some companies I will never deal with again due to the bad experiences I had with their call centres.
I put my parents on ABB, and they are a pleasure to deal with.
