Woomp could you also ask about the Business outlets. Thye were silent about this.
Also the cash scenario doesn't quite figure - or there have been hugely high costs of getting the deal done -
We started with $38m and received $110m from TLS to then pay out around $70m in divs leaves a balance circa $78m yet the Appendix pro forma says just $35m
