    Hmmm, $110m!!!! Sounds like another trip up to the back of the woodshed to get reamed, yet again!
    No mention of the future of the Business outlets.
    Also the pro forma doesn't mention how much was paid out as a special dividend.
    Yeah, I am profitable but had hoped for a better outcome that this.
    A bit leery leaving $35m cash in there to extend Artisan.
