Think i'll vote against this proposal. Tell them they're dreaming.
My sentiment has changed from buy to sell on this deal. I am not a self funded retiree so the franking credits are of marginal benefit.
ICT business makes $70/80M/pa EBITDA. WTF? I don't understand why shareholders should accept this? Is Telstra threatening the revenue stream further to FY 2025. $110M does not appear to be fair consideration.
