Interesting to see you think that this is a bad deal. Given the Board fully support the transaction you would have to assume the analysis would have been checked thoroughly before sign off. The market reaction has not been positive but I am thinking this will be turned around once the Board goes through the new plan with shareholders. Personally I have much more confidence in the Artisan business than the market is indicating. Time will tell.
