    I have quite a lot of pieces of the puzzle here to sort through in my mind before i place a valuation on VTG in the light of this deal. For now i have also changed my sentiment and may shift it again once i digest what is known. For sure maxine will need to take a large haircut on her salary post ICT sale. Will make further comments once i am across some of these issues.
