    Am disappointed at that price, but unfortunately the other option as mentioned in the announcement was to continue to trade the ICT business till it expires which most shareholders would consider highly uncertain. Ironic that it is announced on the day the next iphone launches. I guess we need to see how the market values these franking credits. I support holding back some capital to grow Artisan as they have the shell ready Vita=Artisan (leadership team, ASX listing, etc A merger on the cards with SLA? Or differentiate at top end of market?
