Although none of this mess is due to the new CEO he could be doing a better job putting his hands up & saying 'we screwed up' & being humble.
Pretty obvious the provisions were too low under Riley & systems weren't thorough enough.
When times got worse & the tide went out EPY got caught out, only time will tell if things are corrected.
