Business may be worth more NOW but forward looking it wont be! The frustration is the lack of strategy to be able to leverage off a publicly listed business and instead succumb to a private business. This is where management is just so short sighted and not looking to dominate but rather compete. Really sad.
MCS as a valuation though also has value to other potential companies looking at a cheap way to list, which is why I really see the prospect of a reverse listing, again!
