thats what i figured when i looked into AHQ......the GUL directors gutted AHQ then sold the shell........most likely is the loan will be paid in cash at the end of the 3 year term.
As for GUL......looks good on paper, but the directors seem content to take the salaries..........and thats about it............doesnt interest me, could be stagnant for years
