You'd be referring to Tim Hannon....who resigned before the Board Meeting which probably wouldn't have re-elected him, based on his selling prior to the Board Meeting!
On my calcs, based on the last week's shares through and on the numbers they've announced that Melinda and Martin have sold, they're done...at least for now.
On sb payments, I have no objections to sb payments per se, but they need to be accounted for as a cost, not stripped out.
