I see this as very positive since DW took up most of those shares. The naysayers calling it bad are stirring the pot with no evidence to support their negativity. As it says, the shares were sold to support a new business venture. I believe that they are not posting lies in this ASX announcement, but if anyone has evidence to prove otherwise I suggest they report it to the regulators, else shut up with their unsubstantiated allegations, aye lads.
