    The director David Dicker sold 4.5% of his overall holding at a share price way past a fair intrinsic value, although the sum of money can be considered a large amount, it is not, in comparison to his overall holding. I have been a holder for 6 years and this is the first significant sale I have seen (happy to be corrected)

    I have listened to nearly every interview he has given available online and through podcasts, noted his comments then compared them with the business actions and reports. He has always stated rewarding shareholders since the company floated, to say he has little regard for shareholders is not reflective of his words, actions or how the company has performed since listing. After all he started the company.

    The share price of a company can be irrational for a multitude of reasons and many times is swayed buy excitement or fear of individuals which can turn momentum quickly. If you are playing the game based on share price you have to expect anything, if you a investing based on fundamentals you will be rewarded long term.
