Here we have a major shareholder that has built this business from the ground up, finding a buyer that was willing to purchase 2.9million shares, ex dividend might I add, for a price of 15.40! Thats almost 3 weeks worth of turnover of ddr shares, at a price i certainly wouldn't be buying at, I also wasn't keen on selling for that matter...
When the price hit 15 bucks we were all over the moon. I mean, who here thought we'd even hit 12 bucks so soon? Yet here we are.
With values at this range, the margin for error is small. One sniff of something happening and people are going to try to jump ship before they lose out.
For the long termers, nothing really changes. The swings will be nothing more than talking points.
