DDR share price went up from about $9.00 in May this year to $16 just three months later, without any particular financial or business news to get excited about. Such a huge increase for no discernable reason made me suspicious that someone was actively working to inflate the Share Price with a view to selling a much larger quantity once the price got high enough. So I sold most of my holding at $15.90, with a view to buying back in when the SP settles back to a more reasonable level of around $12. The dramatic fall in the SP today supports my suspicion that it will settle further over the next week or so.
