No salary, but he's about to receive a $5,000,000 dividend.
Saying that, I'm not fussed about the sale, he knows that he's gotta let go of some shares along the way to increase the liquidity of the company. Why not do it at an all time high right after the company has announced excellent results?
I'd be more concerned about the $15m tax bill
