It’s simply more income, he’s in the top tax bracket every year anyway - 47%.
It’s been talked to death yes, but if I Was a new investor looking at this stock going from 37c - 6c following no obvious bad news it seems strange.
Dig a little deeper. Hmmm yep, exercised options. Cleared tax bills. Locked in the other half of shares. What else? No FDA fails, no potential deals falling through?
So is this a bargain or a dud that was pumped and dumped? That’s what I’d be wondering.
Ultimately it will be large entities buying in that will really drive the SP but no harm having more retail here as well.
Much easier to trace the reasons for highs and lows on our cousin over there.
