Whilst I still picked up a few more today based on the price action and the long list of news in the pipeline; there is clearly one key piece of information missing from all of this, who are those investors?
I am surprised they haven’t released something saying “we welcome such and such in the register...blabla”
I had to brush of on the tax treatment of employee share schemes, I can’t wrap my head around the need to sell down exactly 50% of their holdings. Any tax liability was unlikely to require that exact amount to be offloaded to new investors.
Whilst I still picked up a few more today based on the price...
