Has CTT charged duties when actually no duties were incurred and then pocketed these amounts? I mean CTT could have labelled these duties as miscellaneous expenses or whatever term they wanted. If this is true then I assume the idea behind it is that customers are more likely just to accept duties without questioning them rather than if CTT labelled these amounts as something else. If so then that is quite dodgy but I am happy to be corrected.
