I don’t mind the sale lived in surfers many years and always wondered if u visit Gold Coast as a tourist why would u want to be away from the action… anyhow. 60M in the piggy bank. Can only help. Than making perhaps 60M in 10-20 years from the investment: and then comes refurbishment of hotel and stuff.
so now they can make this 60m hopefully work harder.
i think focus on one main thing - that’s how to laundry money again in a bigger and better way ( haha it’s a joke of course ) but that would put us back at 3$ lol
