Ann: Sale of Shine DSO Project , page-10

It appears the the ave Conc. of Fe is 59% in Shine deposit, if MGX never ship higher then 62%Fe then no royalty is due to GBG( I could be wrong).
So if I was MGX I would blend ore to never go above 62%.
Now why would GBG do this? possible reason/s is
1) they need more money.
2) they are house keeping.
3) if they need more money , not good asking shareholders again, or selling more of the plant to Ansteel
4) They may not have been able to develop Shine deposit.

THESE ARE JUST MY OPINIONS. So DYOR and don't Blame me! Look at all evidence then make a determination, this is what I have done and came to the above conclusions.
Feel free to add any other theories, yours may be better than mine.
