Im slightly confused with the sale. It appears GBG have taken a short term view on this? Sure KML is not performing the way they want it to at the moment and will most likely require further dilution through a CR or ownership sale to AnSteel but in 12 months this plant could be raking in bucket loads and may start to generate avenues of growth for GBG. To me the sale of shine is starving them of future development.
Perhaps theres something larger at play here?
