Interesting way to clear out the small holders. You will have to increase your holdings to the minimum requirement or they will be bought off you automatically.

I've never seen a buy back like this. Basically anyone with less than $500 worth of shares will be affected. In other words you must either accept the buy back or increase your position to avoid it.
