cash in the hands of this board is like a treasury bonds from the Reserve Bank of Burundi....
what would make sense to me would be the US$65M plus 10% of the completed 20ktpa project. That would be a fair deal.
it should generate for LEL ebitda of US$16M at current low prices.
then it can decide to invest the $65M in expansion or side project from scratch, etc
